Yes! We are currently in-network with Aetna, Cigna, BCBS, and Carelon Insurance programs. We are in the credentialing process with Optum, and Medical Mutual. This process may take up to 90 days, depending on the particular insurance company.
-
If you are not using insurance, we offer a fee-for-service option. If we are not in-network with your insurance provider, we can send you a monthly superbill. This is an itemized summary of the services you received. You can submit this to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on your provider’s policies.
-
In compliance with the federal No Surprises Act, healthcare providers are required to give clients who are not using insurance (or are uninsured) an estimate of the expected cost of services prior to the start of care. This is called a Good Faith Estimate (GFE). It is designed to help you understand and plan for the cost of your healthcare services and prevent any unexpected financial surprises.
If you receive an unexpected bill that you believe violates the No Surprises Act, you have the right to dispute the charges with your insurance company or directly with the provider. For more information about your rights under the No Surprises Act, visit https://www.cms.gov/nosurprise
