Meet the Team

Melissa Endsley, LPCC, PMH-C

Grove Counseling Collective is led by Melissa Endsley, LPCC, PMH-C, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with more than 15 years of experience supporting adults in community, residential, and outpatient settings. Melissa brings a calm, steady presence to her work and is deeply committed to creating a space where people feel understood, supported, and genuinely cared for.

Melissa provides individual therapy within a private practice environment and offers specialized support for those navigating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), fertility challenges, pregnancy and postpartum transitions, anxiety, and OCD. As a certified Perinatal Mental Health provider, Melissa supports both birthing and non-birthing individuals through the prenatal, postpartum, and beyond phases. The reality that 1 in 5 women and 1 in 10 non-birthing partners experience a mood or anxiety disorder during the perinatal period guides her dedication to compassionate, informed care.

What clients often find most meaningful about working with Melissa is her grounded, genuinely human approach. She listens with presence, offers gentle curiosity, and meets people exactly where they are. Her commitment to collaboration extends beyond the therapy room as well; she regularly connects with maternity and wellness professionals to ensure clients have a supportive “village” surrounding them.

Therapeutic Approach

Melissa’s therapeutic work is grounded in providing a warm, validating, and steady presence. Clients often come to Grove Counseling Collective during seasons marked by overwhelm, intrusive thoughts, shifting identities, or the emotional intensity that can accompany pregnancy, postpartum, or anxiety-related concerns.

Her goal is to create a space where individuals can pause, breathe, and explore their needs without judgment or pressure. Depending on each person’s goals, sessions may include:

  • Trauma-informed birth or postpartum planning

  • Support, education, and treatment for perinatal mood and anxiety disorders

  • Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to address intrusive thoughts

  • Strategies for managing anxiety and OCD symptoms

  • Grounding techniques for emotional regulation

  • Ongoing mental health maintenance and support

Therapy sessions typically last 45–60 minutes, with frequency tailored to individual needs. Some clients seek focused, goal-oriented support for a specific diagnosis; others prefer to use therapy as a consistent space for reflection, maintenance, and emotional wellness. Grove Counseling Collective welcomes both approaches.

Outside of sessions, you can find Christina out in nature with her family, reading one of the 7 books she has started, or tripping over legos on her living room floor.

Therapeutic Approach

Christina’s work is centered around Internal Family Systems (IFS)/parts work, attachment theory, and somatic approaches for nervous system regulation and healing. She also integrates elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Christina’s practice is rooted in trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming principles, focusing on collaboration and each individual’s unique needs and perspectives. She is committed to creating a grounded, compassionate therapeutic space where clients can explore their experiences honestly and move toward a life that feels more connected, intentional, and whole.
